Electroless Nickel – Electrofer 4 Electroless Nickel |

Electroless Nickel

The process consists of applying a layer of pure Nickel without any electric charge intervention.

It’s used mainly in the coating of tubular parts that need protection on the inside of the tube area, a place where the electrolytic processes are incapable of producing deposition.

The high hardness of the Nickel makes it ideal for coating parts subject to abrasion, for example, circulation tubes for intensive abrasive fluids.

Due to the high melting point of nickel, it is also a very suitable for processing pieces that will be subjected to very high temperatures, as it is capable of enduring temperatures above all the other coatings, such as Zinc and their alloys.
